My crew is a little more spread out now. One lives in Raleigh, one in Blacksburg, and the other two are close. We all try to get together ever 3-4 months, and usually get a chalet together in PF in November, but couldn't get it together this year which sucks.

One of the best sweet snacks ever. I bought a 30 pack at Magic Mart when I was laid up off work a few weeks ago. They lasted about 2 days.
Im a Mallo Cup fan as well. Marshmallow creme, coconut, chocolate uuummm.
Im sure those Cheetos would help me lose 25-30 pounds.
Cheeto's = Health Food.
I also like those little peanut butter cups that are made by the same company as the Mallo's. Instead of the chocolate covering the center it's got kind of a peanut butter fudge.
Smoothies I believe is the name of those.
When you have friends who are willing to get together, it makes a difference.
True. My buddy in Raliegh is a state trooper, and his dad has a place in OB that we hope to get together on sometime. It 25 miles away from civilization they say.
The only time some of my friends want to get together is when they're hosting. They act as though driving to Coeburn is akin to going to Australia.

That's it. The outside part to those are great, the inside peanut butter parts aren't as good. They're more stiff than a Resees. If they had that kind of peanut butter inside..........
Generally I tend to host when everyones although, we generally all go out to eat or something. We hope to make a vacation together or cruise sometime which will be fun for the most part.
The last time I offered to host, I got stuck with $150 of food and beer.
Ouch. I got stuck like that once on a trip to PF, but it was the wifes friends instead of mine that didn't show. Those dirty TS people, frickin ramps.
Wouldn't have been so bad had several not confirmed a week earlier, then canceled the day before.
So, you got stuck with $150 worth of food and beer and didn't tell the LPD Forum? I make a motion that we remove Bob from the forum.
I was stewing on the inside. I haven't talked to a couple of those people since then.

I wouldn't have to come in, just sit on porch and down a few and then practice my accuracy by chucking beer bottles at cars passing by.
Hell bob those folks were confirmed all the way up to earlier in the day we got down there and then just didn't show up or answer their cells.
For me, when I have to start working on friendships, I say the hell with them.
This thread got me to talk to my old roommate from my freshman year of college. He left after a semester and he and I never really had the same interests in anything. He weighed about 120 pounds ate little to anything, was obsessed with DDR, and loved trance music. Needless to say we didn't really get along much when we lived together. Anyway, I have no clue why I'm posting this but the dudes still kicking up in DC, working at some bank, going to trance clubs, and living the good roman noodle life.

80 degree no cloud in sight SE Georgia and then a mild 50 degree overcast/foggy SW VA makes the area feel like more of ghost area.
We had ten or twelve of us do the beach thing one year. Might as well have just went to the river in Dungannon or something. All we did was play rook and drink beer.

I have battled trying not to catch my wife's cold and my daughter's pink eye for the last couple of days but guess what, got hit with both this morning. I was looking so forward to this Friday I couldn't stand it, now I will be injected some vaseline looking stuff in my eye and downing cough syrup instead of enjoying a 12 pack this weekend.
OK, I'll be honest, probably will still enjoy the 12 pack just didn't sound as good.
Remember alcohol burns it all away. I am glad that the kids are out on Christmas break, that should help slow the spread of viruses.
Eats some apple butter and you will be okay.

He just turned 21 I think, he and I went to the horse track couple weeks ago and he got a beer over there.

You ain't kiddin, the wifey told me that she has had at least 10 students in her class go down with it and are out. They are planning on disinfecting the entire school after today.

That's true. It would be different even now if we went. I think really we were all 18. JROD was the only one who wasn't haha..

Jay-Rod, that is a name I haven't heard in a while. I am sure it isn't the same one but I had a buddy when I got out of HS that went to the college named JayRod, he only stood about 6'7 or so, I can't even remember but he was tall.
No its not the same one. This one goes by titans_1_2005 on here, and works with my wife at New Peoples in Dungannon.
Jrod/Gayrod...Depends on who it is talking about him what they call him. He's a good guy, just never grew up, but then that's all of us that run with him I guess.
